CTMA welcomes recent new member, Roco MFG which joined NTMA as a member of the Connecticut Chapter.
Roco Manufacturing was founded in 2020 in Newington CT as a one-man shop with a single CNC milling machine. Owner, Roman Buben had specific goals, ambitions, and a plan in place for his company to deliver high quality components to customers on time and at a competitive price. When Roco Manufacturing began, Roman’s biggest challenge was finding the right customers. Within two years, Roman’s early target was realized and Roco MFG doubled the size of its facility, acquired additional CNC machinery, and invested in precision measuring equipment.
This full-service precision manufacturing shop offers production machining, prototype machining and engineering services. Led by two young, talented entrepreneurs, they set their mission to deliver the highest quality standards and on-time delivery by consistently advancing their capabilities and embracing cutting edge technology, thereby providing customers with efficient manufacturing solutions.
The team at Roco MFG is guided by the timeless wisdom of Igor Sikorsky, who’s original quote, “The work of the individual still remains the spark that moves mankind forward” inspired their company motto “Together we build the world and move mankind forward”.
“We are excited to have Roman and his team as members of our local chapter. Their consistent focus on providing exceptional services and the future of manufacturing will certainly be an asset to our manufacturing community in Connecticut”, said CTMA President, Bruce Dworak.
